This is clearly invasion of privacy and from the comments there are some who are very excited about it. Yes, we are happy they are able to get nice things. They've worked so hard for it. So for Jeonghan and Wonwoo... it's based on the Urban Legend "This Man". Wonwoo and Jeonghan have an audiobook that goes into more detail. But from what I can recall and based on what I have read, both Jeonghan (long hair) and Wonwoo (comparatively short hair) are This Man. Jeonghan has lost someone who he is trying to preserve in dreamland by putting everyone into an eternal sweet dream. It's a good dream but they're kinda trapped. Wonwoo hears about this other This Man and notices him putting people into dreamland and hence the city actually getting ruined instead. Also, Wonwoo realises that Jeonghan has forgotten the purpose he started this for and even the person he was to save their face etc, hence Jeonghan sees them under a white sheet. So Wonwoo decides to wake up the people Jeonghan put to sleep even though Wonwoo would become a nightmaree. And he goes to look for Jeonghan, so in the end, he wakes up Jeonghan too and to Jeonghan Wonwoo remains as his This Man and Jeonghan is seen drinking lemonaid like Wonwoo

11:18 actually the one who snapped his finger and make everyone fell asleep is the other guy (Jeonghan). He is the dream man. He believes that the dream will make someone life more happier so he send everyone to the dreamland. And Wonwoo is waking up everyone to reality, he run through the city try to catch the dream guy, but he keep running away from him. At the end, that scene here, the dream guy finally gave up, and he send the guy back to his sleep.
